Bonfire Night mains
What better way to feed the hordes this Bonfire Night than with a hearty main that will warm them from the inside out? Our Catherine wheel toad-in-the-hole with honey & mustard onions is a beautiful combination of sausages and Yorkshire pudding spiralled to look like a burning Catherine wheel. Another great option is our slow cooker pork casserole. Simply pop the ingredients into the slow cooker in the morning, and then you don’t need to worry about it until you serve. This means you won’t have to miss out on any of the fun! Our creamy pumpkin pasta is another great choice as it makes the most of seasonal pumpkins and can be on the table in under an hour.

Bonfire Night desserts
Don’t let the fireworks be the only thing that light up your night. Why not celebrate with a showstopping dessert that will impress everyone attending? Our chocolate roulade, covered in caramel sauce, is a great choice. Cover in sparklers for some extra shine. Another one for the chocaholics is our slow cooker hot chocolate fondant cake, a cross between a fondant and a self-saucing pud. Marshmallows are a must-have for any bonfire celebration, and we have many ways to use them. Try our banoffee s’mores or pumpkin pie s’mores for individual desserts that you won’t want to share. Or our s’mores dip for a sized-up, super chocolatey twist on the American favourite.
